Leading care is hard.
You shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’re not just caring for someone. You’re making decisions, managing people, and holding things together under pressure in ways most people around you may not fully understand.

Maybe you’re trying to figure out where to start. Maybe you’ve been doing this for a while, and something is not working. Or maybe you’ve read the book and want help applying the roadmap to your specific situation.

These sessions are for family caregivers who want thoughtful, experienced guidance as they work through real-life decisions, care challenges, and changing family dynamics.

HOW IT WORKS

Care Leadership 1:1 Sessions are private sessions designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with stronger support.

Every path begins with a free 30-minute introductory session where you can talk through your situation, identify your most pressing challenges, and explore whether additional support would be helpful.

From there, you can choose the level of support that fits best: a shorter Roadmap Series that gives you a guided overview of the full system, or a deeper Pillars Series that works through each area more fully.

FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Before committing to anything, let’s talk.

In this free 30-minute session, you’ll talk through where you are, identify your most pressing challenges, and explore where focused support might be most helpful. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of what to prioritize and whether ongoing 1:1 sessions feel like the right fit.

There’s no obligation to continue, and no pitch at the end. If more support is not the right fit right now, that is still a worthwhile conversation.

THE ROADMAP SERIES
3-Session Series

A Guided Overview of the Full Roadmap

The Roadmap Series offers a focused three-session overview of the Bold Care Leadership Roadmap, helping you apply the full system to your specific caregiving situation.

Session 1 — Self-Care Leadership
We start with you. A care leader who is depleted, isolated, or running on fumes cannot lead well. This session looks at your energy, your capacity, and the habits and boundaries that help make steady care leadership possible.

Session 2 — Safety First & Care Team Leadership
We look at the safety of your loved one’s environment and the strength of your care team, including who is involved, what is working, what is missing, and how care is being led day to day.

Session 3 — Brain & Body Health & Positive Surround Sound
We examine the physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors shaping daily life, and identify practical ways to strengthen well-being, connection, and quality of care.

Best for caregivers who want a structured overview of the full roadmap as it applies to their situation, or who are not sure where to start.

THE PILLARS SERIES
5-Session Series

A Deeper Dive into Every Pillar

The Pillars Series gives each of the Five Breakthrough Pillars its own dedicated session, with more time, more depth, and more personalized guidance in each area of your care system.

Session 1 — Self-Care Leadership
Your role as care leader starts here. We examine what is depleting you, what you have had to give up, and how to build the renewable energy that makes everything else possible.

Session 2 — Safety First
A safer environment is the foundation for stronger care. We work through the safety dimensions of daily life, home, routines, and medical support to identify gaps.

Session 3 — Care Team Leadership
Finding, leading, and strengthening the right caregivers is some of the highest-leverage work you can do. This session focuses on who is on your team, how you are leading them, and what it will take to build the support your loved one deserves.

Session 4 — Brain & Body Health
Nutrition, medication, and medical knowledge are powerful tools many families underuse. We examine how these are affecting your loved one’s care and where there is room to strengthen outcomes.

Session 5 — Positive Surround Sound
The physical and relational environment around your loved one has a powerful effect on comfort, cognition, dignity, and quality of life. This session focuses on creating a world around them that feels familiar, supportive, and alive.

Best for caregivers who want individualized, in-depth support across all five areas, or who are ready to build a more comprehensive care system.
